Myla - the mixed-race daughter of supermodel Ha Anh - was very happy to wear the ao dai with the red flag and yellow star.
It is known that for nearly a week now, Myla has been taken to Hanoi by her mother to experience the atmosphere of celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2. On her personal page over the past few days, supermodel Ha Anh has had many posts about her family tradition of having grandparents participating in the resistance war against the French.
Ha Anh shared her feelings during these historic days: " This September 2nd, I brought my whole family back to Hanoi, not just to curiously watch the grand parades, but I came back because for me, the day of national reunification - the day of independence - freedom - peace , is also the day of millions of families reuniting, millions of babies being warm in their parents' arms, safe and peaceful in their sleep without bombs and bullets ."
She added: " I spent the whole week writing and remembering my grandparents, the generation of grandparents, fathers and brothers, who were determined and united in sacrificing their blood and bones to bring back peace for us, the generation of children and grandchildren to settle down and make a living, freely walking on the streets filled with flags and flowers ."
Supermodel Ha Anh's husband and children were also very happy to join in the excited atmosphere of the people.
They captured beautiful moments on the day the whole country turned to the capital Hanoi to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
