
According to the Financial Report just announced by the American Real Estate Corporation (USA Real Estate), the company's after-tax profit in the first 6 months of the year increased dramatically, reaching about 6,194 billion VND, a sharp increase compared to the same period last year of only about 1,259 billion VND. Thus, the profit of USA Real Estate increased nearly 5 times, showing that business efficiency is increasingly improved.
Along with that, equity increased slightly to about VND 3,171 billion, return on equity (ROE) improved significantly.
The bright spot in the semi-annual financial report of US Real Estate is the reduction in debt pressure. Accordingly, total liabilities have decreased from about VND20,791 billion to about VND19,316 billion. The company shows that it is better controlling financial leverage, reducing risks from borrowing costs.
With profits rising sharply and debt under control, the company expects to expand projects, raise capital better and increase resilience to market fluctuations.
