(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of August 15, in Thanh Hoa City, Song Chu One Member Co., Ltd. held the 11th Conference to honor excellent and creative workers, period 2025-2030.

Overview of the conference.

According to the report at the conference, in recent years, Song Chu One Member Co., Ltd. has taken advantage of favorable conditions, overcome difficulties, launched and organized widespread emulation movements in all fields with the goal of striving to excellently complete assigned tasks. State projects and assets are managed and safely protected by the company. Employees in the company have stable jobs and their lives have been improved.

Over the past 5 years, the company has proactively launched practical, extensive and comprehensive emulation movements in all areas of operation, typically the emulation movement to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; the emulation movement "Good workers, high-quality and productive workers"; "Joining hands to build new rural areas"; "For the poor - leaving no one behind"...

Through emulation movements, many typical models with creative and innovative ways of doing things have been implemented. From 2020 to 2024, the company has 58 grassroots initiatives in the fields of electromechanical engineering solutions, construction management, water management, and production and business operations. Of which, 2 initiatives have been recognized by the Provincial Council of Science and Innovation.

The company has also effectively implemented directives, resolutions and regulations of the Party at all levels; improved the leadership capacity of Party committees and Party cells. The company's grassroots union has coordinated with the professional sector to carry out many meaningful activities such as organizing visits and supporting union members and workers in difficult circumstances; continuing to build a "Mutual Support Fund". The grassroots union is active in the youth volunteer movement, voluntary blood donation activities, and gratitude.

The results achieved from the competition movements have contributed to promoting production and business development. In the past 5 years, production and business targets have always met and exceeded the set plan. The converted irrigation and drainage area in 2024 is 131,065 thousand hectares. Raw water supply products in 2024 are 48,697 million ^m3 . Revenue in 2024 reached 177,355 billion VND. Average income of workers in 2024 reached 88.32 million VND.

In the past 5 years, the company has had 14 individuals and 14 groups awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman; the Company was awarded the Government 's Emulation Flag in 2020. The Trade Union has continuously achieved the title of "Excellent Strong Trade Union". 7/7 grassroots Party Committees and 8/8 grassroots Party Cells have continuously been assessed as having excellently completed and fulfilled their tasks well.

At the conference, delegates discussed, shared good practices and proposed solutions to effectively implement tasks in the coming time.

Song Chu LLC received the certificate of recognition as a "Cultural Standard Enterprise" for the period 2020-2024 from the Provincial Labor Federation.

Many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020-2025 received Certificates of Merit from the Company.

On this occasion, the leaders of Song Chu One Member Co., Ltd. launched the emulation movement for the period 2025-2030.
