Pham Hue Dan shared that her journey of working in domestic and foreign companies helped her see that the professional skills of young people are quite good but their soft skills are not as good. Therefore, the target of the book is young people.

The author hopes that the content of the book will impart to young people practical and valuable knowledge to help them be more confident on their entrepreneurial journey.
