Da Nang: 119 officials and civil servants are allowed to retire early

(NLDO) - 119 civil servants and public employees in Da Nang were approved for early retirement according to Decree 178 and Decree 67.

On March 28, the Office of the People's Committee of Da Nang City announced that Chairman of the People's Committee Le Trung Chinh had approved the list of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers who retired before the age of retirement or quit their jobs according to Decree 178 and Decree 67.

Chairman of Da Nang People's Committee approved 119 cases of officials and civil servants to retire early to arrange and streamline the apparatus.

According to this decision, a total of 119 cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers have been approved for early retirement to reorganize the apparatus.

Departments, branches and localities in Da Nang City with officials and civil servants eligible for early retirement include: Department of Education and Training: 1 case; Department of Health: 4 cases; Department of Finance: 4 cases; Department of Agriculture and Environment: 51 cases; Department of Construction: 15 cases; Department of Home Affairs: 7 cases; Department of Science and Technology: 4 cases.

Danang Project Management Board for Investment in Construction of Civil, Industrial and Technical Infrastructure Works: 1 case; Hai Chau District: 3 cases; Thanh Khe District: 12 cases; Son Tra District: 7 cases; Ngu Hanh Son District: 4 cases; Lien Chieu District: 2 cases; Hoa Vang District: 4 cases.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City also requested department directors and district chairmen to coordinate with the Department of Finance and relevant agencies to ensure full implementation of policies and regulations for early retirement.

These policies must be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Decree 178 and Decree 67, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of cadres and civil servants.

During the policy settlement process, if there is a need to adjust the information in the attached appendices, the Director of the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Finance will adjust the information to ensure proper implementation of regulations, without affecting the rights of officers and civil servants.
