DNO - On the afternoon of September 27, while inspecting the work of preventing and fighting storm No. 10 (Bualoi), Major General Tran Thanh Hai, Deputy Commander of Military Region V, said that he had directed the Civil Defense Command of localities in the military region to proactively respond, prevent floods and storms, search and rescue 24/7, and organize and strengthen forces to participate in rescue when unexpected situations occur.

According to Major General Tran Thanh Hai, up to now, the Military Region V Command has directed to review plans to be ready for sudden situations of heavy rain and landslides, calling on ships to enter safe shelters and storm shelters. Currently, ships in the Da Nang area have entered safe storm shelters.

The Military Region V Command coordinated with the local Civil Defense Command to inspect and review areas prone to flooding and storms to mobilize people to move to safe areas.

Currently, the military region is organizing two inspection teams to inspect on-duty agencies and units to ensure compliance with the "4 on-site" motto.

According to the report of the Da Nang City Military Command, as of September 27, there were still 257 ships with 3,816 workers operating at sea. These vehicles are outside the storm's danger zone.

At Tho Quang fishing port and wharf, there are currently 565 vehicles and 152 small boats anchored. At Man Quang Bay, there are 200 vehicles (fishing boats, cargo ships...) anchored.

As of 11:00 a.m. on September 27, at the Da Nang Fishing Port and Wharf Management Board, there was no loss of life or property caused by the storm and heavy rain.
