Da Nang announces starting price for auction of 60 land lots

According to the decision, in Hai Chau district, there are 2 land lots to be auctioned. Specifically, lot B97 at the intersection of Nguyen Huu Dat Street and Cam Ba Thuoc Street (residential area No. 1, Nguyen Tri Phuong - Truong Sa urban area, Hoa Cuong Bac ward) has an area of 114 square meters, the starting price for the auction is nearly 113,000,000 VND/square meter. Lot 30 B1.3 at the intersection of Trinh Cong Son Street and Tien Son 10 Street in residential area 494 Nui Thanh (Hoa Cuong Nam ward) has an area of 126 square meters, the starting price is more than 110,000,000 VND/square meter.

*In the coming time, Da Nang will auction the right to use a series of land lots.*

In Thanh Khe district, there are 3 land lots to be auctioned. Of which, lot 356-B1.2 at the intersection of Dinh Nup and Nguyen Phuoc Thai streets in residential area No. 1 Phan Lang (An Khe ward) has an area of nearly 149 square meters, starting price of 46,920,000 VND/square meter. Lot 35-B2.1 at the intersection of Nguyen Cong Hang and Can Giuoc streets (residential area No. 2 Phan Lang, An Khe ward) has an area of more than 129 square meters, starting price of 62,400,000 VND/square meter. Lot 42-B2-16 Nguyen Cong Hang street in residential area No. 1 Phan Lang (An Khe ward) has an area of more than 133 square meters, starting price of 61,211,000 VND/square meter.

Da Nang also auctioned 9 land lots in Cam Le district. Of which, lot 28-B2.11 at the intersection of Do Doc Bao - Con Dau 2 street (area E - residential area Nam Cau Cam Le phase 1, Hoa Xuan ward), area of over 107m2, starting price 32,472,000 VND/m2. Lot 36-B2.11 at the intersection of Do Doc Bao - Khuong Huu Dung street (area E - residential area Nam Cau Cam Le phase 1) area of over 109m2, starting price over 27,000,000 VND/m2. Lot 22 B2.25 in area E (phase 2) - Residential area Nam Cau Cam Le, area of over 160m2, starting price 43,729,000 VND/m2....

In Lien Chieu district, there are also 9 land lots put up for auction by Da Nang. In which, the lot with the highest starting price is lot 36 B2-14 adjacent to Nguyen Mau Kien street and Tu Duc street (Hoa Hiep 4 resettlement area, Hoa Hiep Nam ward) with an area of over 132m2, starting price of over 36,000,000 VND/m2.

Son Tra District has 12 land lots to be auctioned. Of which, 5 land lots include: lot 05 B1-10, 06 B1-10, 07 B1-10, 08 B1-10, 09 B1-10 Ngo Cao Lang Street (resettlement area at the beginning of Son Tra route) all have starting price of 52,232,000 VND/m2.

*As planned, in 2023, Da Nang city will organize auctions of 26 large land plots and 190 subdivided residential land lots that have passed the previous year's land use rights auction list.*

In addition, Da Nang also auctioned 15 land lots in Ngu Hanh Son District. Of which, 3 lots 188, 189, 190 B2-7 Minh Mang Street (residential area north of Dong Nam bus station (Khue My ward) all have starting prices of 84,456,000 VND/m2. The remaining land lots have starting prices from 27,373,000 to nearly 60,000,000 VND/m2.

In addition, this time there are 10 more plots of land auctioned in Hoa Vang district, the lowest starting price is 15,600,000 VND/m2, the highest is 32,157,000 VND/m2.

As planned, in 2023, Da Nang will auction 26 large land plots and 190 subdivided residential land plots that have passed the previous year's land use rights auction list. Of which, 25 large land plots are expected to collect a total of more than VND 3,238 billion; 190 subdivided residential land plots are expected to collect more than VND 569 billion.

Previously, in 2022, the People's Committee of Da Nang City approved the auction list of 31 large land plots and 200 subdivided residential land lots; of which, 7 large land plots and 10 subdivided residential land lots had approved starting prices and successfully auctioned the above 7 large land plots and 5 subdivided residential land lots, with a total revenue of more than 258 billion VND.
