Da Nang aims to become the region's leading destination for MICE tourism.

Among the 42 MICE groups (tourists combining conferences, seminars, exhibitions, events, corporate incentive travel for employees, partners, etc.), there are 13 domestic groups and 29 international groups from markets mainly in the Asian region and a number of multinational MICE groups.

Recently, the Department of Tourism of Da Nang has consulted the People's Committee of Da Nang city to agree to deploy a program to promote and attract MICE tourists, with the expectation of positioning Da Nang as the leading destination for MICE tourism in Southeast Asia.

Accordingly, the city supports reception, welcome, souvenirs, communication and consulting on MICE event organization, honoring units bringing guests to Da Nang. The scale of MICE delegations supported is from 50 people or more. In particular, for groups of 500 guests or more, the city will support the advance team, survey and organize events...

It is known that in 2023, Da Nang attracted 163 groups with more than 45,000 domestic and international MICE tourists.
