The program is part of the series of activities "Da Nang Women - The glorious mark of October" to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025). It was organized with many meaningful activities such as offering incense to commemorate former Chairman of the State Council Vo Chi Cong, meeting historical witnesses, giving gifts to families with meritorious services...

Here, the Da Nang City Women's Union coordinated with the Women's Liaison Committee of Zone V to organize the inauguration ceremony of the Monument House of the Liberation Women's Union of Zone V in Phuoc Tra commune.

Started on May 16 on a total area of ^260m2 , with a total cost of about 1.6 billion VND, the project is a symbol of deep gratitude and appreciation from generations of Da Nang women to women of Zone V, who lived, fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

The stele house is not only a historical work but also a "red address" to educate revolutionary traditions, arouse pride, and foster a sense of responsibility in the young generation on the journey to follow in the footsteps of their fathers and mothers.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Ngo Xuan Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, expressed his emotion and highly appreciated the gratitude of the City Women's Union and the Women's Liaison Committee of Zone V for generations of women in Zone V.

At the same time, he affirmed that the leaders of Da Nang city always care, support and create conditions for the Association to promote its fine traditions, step up gratitude activities, educate historical traditions and take care of women's lives, contributing to building the great national unity bloc.

At the program, comrade Ngo Xuan Thang presented a gift worth 100 million VND to the Women's Liaison Committee of Zone V; the City Women's Union also sent a gift worth 20 million VND to contribute to spreading the spirit of "Zone V's Affection - October's Red Marks".
