At the program, doctors and psychologists from the Young Lion Institute for Soft Skills Research and Training - Dong A University provided psychological counseling, screening and mental health care for students; and provided smart career orientation advice through the CIC career test - an optimal test that helps students rank the suitability of all careers in society.
According to psychological experts, the mental risks that students often face in the digital age today are mainly: negative effects from social networks on self-awareness, spending too much time on digital devices and the risk of addiction to games, social networks, etc.
Experts provide some solutions to help students cope, proactively set safe boundaries when using the internet and social networks; identify themselves to have appropriate ways of living, studying, and training, improve mental health to have joy and motivation to study.
The program will be implemented from October 2025 to the end of March 2026 at high schools in the Central Highlands provinces and cities including Da Nang , Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak..., with an expected participation of more than 10,000 students.
