During the last term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Yen My commune completed 8/8 of its set targets. Political , ideological, moral and lifestyle education for union members and youth was enhanced through gratitude activities. Volunteer activities for community life and social security were carried out effectively. During the term, the commune's Union presented nearly 90 gifts to policy families; installed more than 90 danger warning signs made of recycled tires; participated in 2 voluntary blood donation campaigns, collecting nearly 100 units of blood; presented 100 gifts to students in difficult circumstances. Every year, the percentage of union members classified as excellent and good is 90% or more; more than 60 outstanding union members are admitted to the Party.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Youth Union members and youth of Yen My commune continue to train, strive, and actively participate in activities, contributing to the socio -economic development of the commune. The Commune Youth Union strives to annually provide career counseling to over 1,000 Youth Union members and youth; annually carry out at least 2 projects, tasks, and youth models; continue to organize environmental sanitation activities, establish the Commune Youth Volunteer Team; attract and gather 65% or more of the youth present in the locality; annually admit 1,500 or more new members; introduce 50 outstanding members to the Party for consideration; 90% of team members register to implement and complete the "Team member training" program; support and help 300 children in difficult circumstances; organize swimming popularization and free swimming lessons for children in the area...

During the 2020 - 2025 term, the Youth Union and youth movement of Hoang Hoa Tham commune achieved many outstanding results. The commune Youth Union has implemented 5 topics on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, effectively maintained the models "Golden book following Uncle Ho's words" and "Diary following Uncle Ho's words"; built 7 youth works and projects associated with the local socio-economic development tasks; launched 48 volunteer Saturdays and Green Sundays; provided credit of more than 6 billion VND to 89 union members and youths to borrow capital for economic development...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Hoang Hoa Tham Commune Youth Union identified key tasks: Continue to build a strong Youth Union organization, promote the vanguard role of youth; strive to annually support 10 - 13 young people from poor and near-poor households to overcome difficulties; 100% of youth are equipped with basic digital skills; during the term, introduce 100 outstanding Youth Union members to the Party for consideration of admission.

At the Congresses, the Decisions of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Yen My and Hoang Hoa Tham communes, term I, 2025 - 2030, and the delegation to attend the congress at a higher level were announced.
