The 1st Congress of Delegates of Tien Lu Commune Farmers' Association, term 2025 - 2030

On the morning of October 22, Tien Lu Commune Farmers' Association held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

Tien Lu commune leaders presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Commune Farmers' Association for the 2025 - 2030 term.

During the past term, the Farmers' Association of Tien Lu commune has proactively innovated the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots level, contributing to the successful implementation of the local socio -economic development goals. The Association received over 39 billion VND from the Social Policy Bank for members to borrow capital to develop production and business; coordinated the organization of 32 propaganda sessions, transferring scientific and technical knowledge, attracting over 4,600 members and farmers to participate. Members and farmers donated over 15,000m² of land to build rural roads; 92.5% of households achieved the title of "Cultural Farmer Family".

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Farmers' Association sets the following goals: annually admit 50 - 60 new members; effectively manage and use association funds, help 1 - 2 households escape poverty; have 60% of farming households register and 50% of households achieve the title of good production and business at all levels; build at least 2 collective economic models in agriculture and rural areas; strive for the Association's funds to grow by an average of 3%/year.

At the Congress, the decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Tien Lu commune for the 2025-2030 term were announced; and delegates were appointed to attend the congress at a higher level.
