Currently, the Women's Union of Chi Minh commune has 22 branches with 6,686 members. In the past term, the union has innovated its operating methods to attract members, contributing to the successful implementation of many socio -economic development goals of the commune. In the past term, the Union coordinated with the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, the Bank for Social Policies, and the TYM Fund to support 1,120 households with loans totaling over VND 50 billion for economic development; established and maintained 5 "Women's branches of 5 no, 3 clean to build new rural areas", 22 "clean scrap models"; the whole commune has nearly 5,000 households meeting 8 criteria of the Campaign "Building families of 5 no, 3 clean"; the Union gave gifts to 170 women members in difficult circumstances, visited 105 women members in sickness and misfortune with a total value of nearly VND 100 million; The Association connected with philanthropists to support 24 orphans in difficult circumstances with a total donation value of 432 million VND; the Association planted a nearly 3km long tree-lined road and 5 flower-lined roads, contributing to the construction of the landscape and appearance of the countryside; established 22 folk dance teams with nearly 1,000 members participating...
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Ho Chi Minh commune is determined to carry out 3 breakthroughs including: Comprehensive digital transformation in the organization of the Union, accompanying women to improve digital capacity; promoting women to start businesses, innovate, and get rich legitimately; promoting gender equality in all fields. Strive for the next term to increase at least 440 members compared to the beginning of the term; build at least 1 cooperative model for livelihood development applying science and technology; strive for 95% of members to use banking applications in electronic transaction payments; annually, help at least 10 households with women escape poverty or near-poverty; coordinate to organize at least 1 training class to improve digital capacity; 100% of branch and group officials and 80% or more of members and women have their knowledge and skills improved in people's diplomacy and international integration...

During the past term, the Women's Union of Dong Bang commune has promoted the spirit of solidarity, creativity, built a strong organization; actively participated in Party building, government building, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women; mobilized female cadres and members to respond to emulation movements launched by the Women's Union at all levels; proactively applied information technology in directing, deploying, and organizing the implementation of the Union's tasks; maintained and expanded models of emulation movements, breakthroughs, and skillful mass mobilization models such as "turning waste into money", "godmother" model, "waste classification and treatment" model; actively propagated and mobilized female members to develop the economy, introduce jobs, increase income, and contribute to improving the quality of life; coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and commune organizations to grasp the people's situation, and contributed to the development of local socio-economic development programs.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Dong Bang commune will continue to build a strong, effective and flexible organization that can adapt to the new context; strive to monitor at least 1 policy and comment on at least 2 draft documents of the Party Committee and the government every year; help at least 8 households with women escape poverty or near-poverty; improve knowledge and specialized skills for 15 women with start-up ideas or projects; support at least 20 households to meet the criteria of "Family of 5 haves, 3 cleans". By the end of the term, the Union will establish 1 new cooperative with women participating in management and strengthen the quality of operations of cooperatives established by the Union; strive for 95% of members to use banking applications in electronic payment transactions...

During the past term, the Women's Union of Nguyen Du commune has constantly innovated the content and methods of operation, promoted the spirit of solidarity, dynamism and creativity, contributing to affirming the role and position of women in the family and society. The Union has widely launched the movement "Building Vietnamese women of the new era", the campaign "Building families of 5 no, 3 clean", built 8 new models, established 12 new art, folk dance and sports clubs, 1 cooperative group; coordinated to organize 9 job counseling classes for 710 women to participate, helped 12 women start businesses, secured loans with banks for 397 women members, outstanding debt of over 20 billion VND. The Union at all levels has sponsored 4 orphans, given hundreds of gifts to the poor and disadvantaged, and given insurance cards to members with a total value of hundreds of millions of VND. Women members and their families voluntarily donated over 10,000 square meters of land to expand and upgrade roads. Digital transformation was promoted, with 100% of the branches using social networks in their activities.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Women's Union of Nguyen Du commune set out 6 groups of targets, 2 breakthroughs, and 5 key tasks. Of which, 2 breakthroughs are comprehensive digital transformation in the Union organization, accompanying women to improve digital capacity and promoting women to start businesses, innovate, and enrich themselves legitimately.
At the Congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President and Vice President of the Women's Union of communes for the 2025-2030 term; and decisions to allocate delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels were announced.
