The 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Tra Ly Ward

On the afternoon of October 18, the Women's Union of Tra Ly ward held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

The Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Tra Ly ward, term I, 2025 - 2030, was introduced to the Congress.

During the past term, the Executive Committee of the Ward Women's Union proactively advised and effectively implemented emulation movements, campaigns and key tasks of the Union. The Union has secured credit with the Social Policy Bank for 731 households to borrow preferential loans from the Government to develop the economy with outstanding loans of nearly 50 billion VND, thereby helping 30 members escape poverty; supporting 12 women who are business owners and cooperatives to improve their management capacity. The models of "Waste classification at households", "Godmother", "Turning waste into money", "Clean house - clean alley" have been widely replicated, bringing practical results.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Association strives to help at least 10 women's households escape poverty and multidimensional near-poverty each year; establish a new collective economic model with women participating in management; 100% of branches register projects and tasks related to civilized urban construction; 95% of members use digital services and electronic payments; 90% of branch officials are trained in professional skills and apply information technology in Association activities.

At the Congress, the decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Ward Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term were announced; and the decision to allocate delegates to attend the higher-level congress was announced.
