On the morning of July 25, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the People's Republic of China Pham Thanh Binh presented his credentials to President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping.

The Credentials Presentation Ceremony was held solemnly with the participation of 16 newly appointed Ambassadors from many countries.

At the ceremony, Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh conveyed the greetings of General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong and senior leaders of the Party and State of Vietnam to General Secretary and President Xi Jinping. Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh affirmed that he will do his best to promote the relationship between the two Parties and countries to continuously develop in a stable, healthy and sustainable manner.

After Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh and the Ambassadors of other countries completed the ceremony of presenting their Letters of Credence, Chinese President Xi Jinping held a general reception and delivered a welcome speech to the Ambassadors.
