On the morning of October 11, Thu Dau Mot Ward coordinated with the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 30 under the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC-CNCH) of Ho Chi Minh City Police to disseminate fire fighting and rescue skills to officials, employees, workers, management boards of 40 neighborhoods, representatives of businesses, business establishments, apartment and high-rise building management boards and local residents.

In recent times, the situation of fire and explosion in Ho Chi Minh City and the whole country has had many complicated developments. Although all levels and sectors have promoted information and propaganda in many forms, there are still some units and individuals who are subjective and do not really pay attention to fire prevention and fighting work, leading to fires and explosions with serious consequences, even causing great damage to people and property.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Do Hoang Giang, Deputy Chief of Thu Dau Mot Ward Police, each individual, family and community needs to raise their sense of responsibility, proactively implement fire prevention and fighting measures to protect their lives and property and that of society, and join hands to build a safe and healthy living environment.
Representatives of the management boards of 40 neighborhoods, businesses, business households, apartment and high-rise building management boards and local residents signed a commitment to comply with legal regulations on fire safety.
