(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of January 5, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho inspected the preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Social Housing Construction Project (Phase 1) in Trang Cat Ward, Hai An District, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong City. Accompanying him were representatives of leaders of relevant Departments, branches, units and localities.

After listening to the report and inspecting the field, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho requested that the Departments, branches, units and localities need to coordinate closely in the process of organizing the Groundbreaking Ceremony to ensure that the Groundbreaking Ceremony is held solemnly and thoughtfully. The Vice Chairman assigned the Department of Transport and the City Police to do a good job of traffic flow and ensure traffic order and safety; assigned the City Police to develop a plan to implement the work of ensuring political security - social order and safety before, during and after the Groundbreaking Ceremony; arrange vehicles, ensure fire prevention and fighting at the Ceremony; the City Military Command arranged engineering forces to clear bombs, mines and explosives at the Groundbreaking Ceremony site and hand over the Project to the security forces and the Organizing Committee; Hai An district strengthened propaganda and decoration work to create an exciting atmosphere among the people; directed the organization of cleaning, placing flags and banners along both sides of the road leading to the Groundbreaking Ceremony area and around the event area...

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho requested that relevant sectors and localities coordinate closely so that the groundbreaking ceremony takes place safely and thoughtfully.

The Social Housing Construction Project (Phase 1) in Trang Cat Ward, Hai An District, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong City, invested by Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, will start construction on January 6, 2024, with a scale of about 28.14 hectares and a total investment of more than VND 5,800 billion. Upon completion, the Project will provide 27 apartment blocks with about 4,004 social housing apartments, providing accommodation for nearly 10,000 people, making an important contribution to the development of social housing in the city, contributing to changes in architectural space and landscape for the area, creating a new urban appearance for Hai An District and Hai Phong City.
