According to residents' feedback, in recent times, this area has often been littered with garbage that has not been collected in a timely manner, causing public outrage and affecting urban aesthetics and the environment. Meanwhile, the renovation project of Thuy Van Street and Bai Sau Park is still in the completion stage, but has attracted a large number of tourists to visit and experience, creating great pressure on sanitation management.
The Standing Party Committee requested the Ward People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize a meeting to discuss synchronous solutions, resolutely handle the situation of littering, and not let waste accumulate in the park.
In addition, the approval of organizing cultural, sports , commercial and product promotion activities in Bai Sau Park must be carried out in accordance with legal regulations and based on the decision of the competent authority. Individuals and groups involved must be responsible before the Party and the law for their decisions.
The Thuy Van road renovation project was started at the end of October 2024 with a total investment of more than 1,000 billion VND to create a new look for Bai Sau park, cool and clean to serve people and tourists coming to Vung Tau. In recent days, many tourists have come to the amusement park, checking in at the highlight area of Tam Thang tower.
