The work of ensuring logistics and techniques for training, drills, and combat readiness tasks has been seriously and effectively implemented, building a strong and comprehensive Party Committee of the Department as a "Typical model".

In particular, it is determined that the 2025-2030 term will continue to advise and implement Resolution No. 1658 and Resolution No. 1656 of the Central Military Commission, Directives, Resolutions, and Plans of the Party Committee of Military Region 4 and the Provincial Military Party Committee on leading logistics and technical work until 2030 and the following years.
