Established on the basis of receiving the barracks of the Military Command of Quang Nam province (old), the PTKV 4 - Ban Thach Command is stationed in a strategically important position in the defense of Da Nang city. After more than 3 months of operation, despite many difficulties, the Party Committee and commanders of the unit have promoted their leadership, direction, and effective organization in implementing state management work on national defense; officers and soldiers are united, proactive, and have successfully completed assigned targets and tasks. The political and ideological battlefield is maintained; discipline and law are strictly observed; and the activities of the armed forces are absolutely safe.

Overview of the test.

Notably, the unit strictly maintained the combat readiness regime, organized training of combat plans, and conducted one-sided and two-level command-staff exercises with good results. The system of documents, combat plans, and logistics and technical support were prepared synchronously, meeting mission requirements. The work of building reserve mobilization forces, selecting and calling citizens to join the army in 2026 was carried out closely and in accordance with regulations. The unit focused on innovating training content and methods in line with local realities, ensuring correct and sufficient programs and time; the results of shooting tests and political awareness of officers and professional soldiers were all quite good...

Concluding the inspection, Lieutenant General Le Ngoc Hai requested the unit to continue to improve its staff and command capacity; strictly maintain combat readiness regime; proactively coordinate with other forces to firmly grasp the political security situation and social order and safety, and not be passive or surprised in any situation.

The Commander of Military Region 5 emphasized that the Party Committee and the PTKV Command Board need to promote the application of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation in command, management and training; take good care of the material and spiritual life of officers and soldiers, build a clean and strong Party Committee, a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary and typical".
