Over the past years, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have regularly led and commanded agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement Decree 76. In the 10 years of implementing Decree 76, the logistics sector of the Provincial Military Command has done a good job of ensuring logistics material standards for subjects in all aspects of military supplies, military medicine, barracks and petrol. In particular, directing agencies and units to link the implementation of ensuring logistics standards according to Decree 76 with emulation movements: "The Army logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", "Building and managing regular, green, clean and beautiful barracks", "Building good military feeding units, good military supplies management", the movement "Building 5 good military medical units"...

In addition, the unit ensures timely, adequate, safe, and standard quality medicines, bandages, and chemicals for military health examinations; disease prevention; and rotation of combat-ready reserves. At the same time, the Provincial Military Command also pays attention to investing in purchasing additional medical equipment worth more than 3 billion VND to serve medical examination and treatment, improving the quality of treatment and health care for officers, soldiers, and people in the area. Over the past 10 years, the military medical sector of the Provincial Military Command has organized medical examination and treatment for more than 75,600 people.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Ta Van Bien, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, agreed with the contents of the report and the opinions expressed at the conference; acknowledged and commended the efforts, endeavors and achievements that agencies and units have achieved in the period from 2016 to present. At the same time, it is required that in the coming time, the logistics sector of the Provincial Military Command needs to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement to ensure timely and complete standards of logistics material regime for subjects according to Decree 76 of the Government and directives and instructions from superiors. Pay attention to training and fostering to improve the quality of logistics staff at all levels; promote the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, overcoming difficulties, and completing tasks well.
