Strengthening the dissemination of important resolutions of the Politburo

At the conference, delegates listened to Permanent Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong inform about the topic "Breakthrough in education and training development in the new period"; Mr. Nguyen Manh Thang, Head of Department of Localities 1, Central Party Office informed about the topic "Results of Party congresses at all levels (updated to September 25, 2025), preparations for the 14th National Party Congress and issues that need attention in propaganda for provincial-level Party congresses and the 14th National Party Congress in the coming time".

Delegates also listened to Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee Nguyen Hong Son inform on the topic "Viewpoints and orientations of the Communist Party of Vietnam on private economic development over 40 years of renovation".

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Pham Tat Thang emphasized the need to focus on disseminating the results of Party congresses at all levels; preparations for the 14th Party Congress; and at the same time, promoting the dissemination of important resolutions of the Politburo, including: Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW on ensuring national energy security until 2030, with a vision to 2045; Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health...

In particular, it is necessary to emphasize the leadership of General Secretary To Lam, shifting from policy issuance to implementation management, taking people and businesses as the center, taking practical effectiveness as the measure; continuing to perfect the organizational apparatus, building two-level local governments; and outstanding foreign affairs activities of Party and State leaders.

Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Pham Tat Thang also noted that, along with the above contents, it is necessary to actively propagate the results of socio-economic development, stable macro-economy, controlled inflation, promoted growth, budget collection in the first 9 months exceeding the yearly estimate; business development flourished; promote propaganda about the driving role of the private economy; consider education and training as the top national policy; strengthen the work of preventing, responding to, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.

Mr. Pham Tat Thang requested reporters and propagandists at all levels to actively carry out their work, contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks in the coming time.
