Quang Tri: Students are allowed to stay home on September 29 to ensure safety.

On the morning of September 28, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province announced that it had issued an official dispatch on allowing students to stay home from school to proactively prevent and promptly respond to storm No. 10, ensuring absolute safety of people and property for students, teachers and staff in educational institutions in the face of the storm's complicated developments.

In the province, there are a total of 8,577 vessels with 23,232 workers. By 3:00 p.m. on September 27, all vessels in the danger zone had entered safe shelters, and there are currently 3 vessels with 28 workers operating at sea...
