On the morning of September 28, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province announced that it had issued an official dispatch on allowing students to stay home from school to proactively prevent and promptly respond to storm No. 10, ensuring absolute safety of people and property for students, teachers and staff in educational institutions in the face of the storm's complicated developments.

Mr. Hoang Nam, Vice Chairman of Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee, and relevant agencies inspected storm prevention and control work at Ai Tu reservoir (Ai Tu commune).

The Department of Education and Training requests that heads of units and schools urgently implement the following: Notify all preschool children, students and trainees in the province to stay home from school on Monday, September 29; check and review campuses and facilities; if necessary, temporarily evacuate students, teachers and staff from areas at risk of landslides, flash floods and flash floods.
