
Specifically, the three recalled products include DR. Hair Ginger Shampoo, TNPCB receipt number 24/24/CBMP-HB; DR. Ginger Shampoo, TNPCB number 23/24/CBMP-HB; nano silver feminine hygiene solution with perfume scent, TNPCB number 122/23/CBMP-HB.
The reason for the recall is because the cosmetic product samples were examined at the Institute of Criminal Science - Ministry of Public Security and did not detect some ingredients as declared on the product label and packaging. At the same time, the Economic Police Department - Phu Tho Provincial Police concluded that these products are "counterfeit goods" according to the provisions of Point b, Clause 7, Article 3, Decree No. 98/2020/ND-CP dated August 26, 2020 of the Government.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Department of Health of provinces and cities to strengthen communication and widely notify people and businesses not to use or trade in violating products. At the same time, relevant units need to recall, inspect, monitor and strictly handle violations according to current regulations.
Vinamake Company is required to send recall notices to distribution facilities, receive returned products and report the recall results to the Drug Administration before November 1, 2025. The Phu Tho Provincial Department of Health will coordinate with relevant agencies to monitor the recall and report the results to the Ministry of Health before November 15, 2025.
This is one of the drastic measures of the Ministry of Health to protect consumers, ensure cosmetic safety in the Vietnamese market, and prevent fake and poor quality products that can harm health.
Consumers are advised to choose cosmetic products with clear origins, licensed for circulation and be wary of products suspected of being counterfeit or fake to protect their rights and health.
