According to information from Vingroup Corporation, by the evening of September 11, 65 channels had hidden or deleted videos after the corporation announced it was suing 68 domestic and foreign organizations and individuals for spreading false and distorted news.
Specifically, 120 videos were deleted. 6 more channels made apology videos, bringing the number of apology channels to 11. In the video apologizing to Vingroup and the community, the owner of the Tra Da & Tin Moi channel stated that any errors, if any, stemmed from a lack of experience in verifying information, not from any intention to report false information. Almost all content related to Vingroup that was suspected of containing inaccurate information has been removed.
The owner of channel 5s also stated that the mistake was entirely due to his lack of knowledge, carelessness, and haste. The owner of this channel pledged from now on to only use information from official press, authorities, and transparent documents. He pledged to completely stop the violation.

Regarding the progress of the lawsuit, Vingroup representative said that apart from a few account holders such as Phuong Ngo, Hoang Dung... who need to collect more information, the majority are close to completing pre-litigation procedures to submit to local courts in the countries where the account holders are residing. In addition, the lawsuit against Phil Dong has been submitted to the Toronto High Court in Canada and has been accepted.
On September 9, Vingroup announced that it had sued 68 domestic and foreign organizations and individuals for spreading false information related to the corporation and its leaders on social networking platforms.
The fabricated information revolves around four main groups of content, including the financial situation of the group; VinFast cars are Chinese products "disguised" as Vietnamese goods; information about Vingroup's personnel and leadership; and other content related to product legality and policy issues.
The group affirmed that it had collected full information and made records of the violations committed by the 68 subjects mentioned above as authentic evidence, and at the same time initiated civil lawsuits or reported to competent authorities in accordance with legal procedures in Vietnam.
Vingroup is also working with domestic and international lawyers to file a lawsuit in accordance with the laws of the relevant country. At the same time, Vingroup sent notices to foreign embassies in Vietnam and Vietnamese embassies in countries where citizens who own the violating accounts are residing to protect the legitimate interests of the enterprise.
