At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Tran Van Kien, Head of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee;

Mobilize and appoint Mr. Luu Tran Son, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board;

Mobilize and appoint Mr. Vu Tien Tiep, Director of the Provincial Radio and Television Station, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Information and Communications;

Appoint Mr. Le Hong Ky, Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Ha Nam Newspaper to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Radio and Television Station.

Presenting the decision and congratulating flowers to the four comrades, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province Truong Quoc Huy acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions during the working process of the comrades who received the decision on transfer and appointment.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: the comrades mobilized and appointed on this occasion are experienced cadres, who have had time to train and mature in many agencies and units. Having held many positions, in any position, the comrades always strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.

In his new position, Mr. Truong Quoc Huy requested that comrades quickly approach the work, continue to promote their experience, capacity, strengths and constantly improve their professional qualifications, together with the collective leadership and direction units, innovate content and methods, advise well on the implementation of propaganda and implementation of policies and laws of the Party, State, Party committees and authorities at all levels, specific results in socio -economic development, Party building, security and defense assurance... in the province, continue to effectively implement each assigned field of work.

Advise the Provincial People's Committee, units in particular, and the province in general to do a good job of attracting investment, especially attracting many FDI enterprises to invest in the province; promote digital transformation to serve people, businesses..., contributing to the successful completion of the province's political tasks.
