According to initial information, on the afternoon of June 24, a male driver driving a 5-seat car to the yard of Uil Company Limited (in Que Vo Industrial Park, Que Vo town) discovered the body of a female worker, no longer intact, stuck under the car.

The incident was quickly reported to the local police. Upon inspection, it was found that the female worker (born in 1998, from Thai Nguyen province) had a traffic accident at Km 136, Hanoi - Bac Giang highway, about 6km from the scene where her body was discovered.

At the scene of the accident, the victim's motorbike was also dumped on the road.

Initial assessment of authorities, this is a complicated case with many suspicious details.

However, due to heavy rain at the time, many traces at the scene were erased, making investigation and resolution difficult.
