This year's competition was held in two rounds. The preliminary round was held at four Regional Defense Commands (RDCs) and agencies and regiments; 32 contestants were selected for the final round.

Colonel Nguyen The Hoat, Deputy Head of Politics (Provincial Military Command) said that the Organizing Committee has proactively coordinated with agencies and units to ensure good facilities for the contest; regularly checked the preparation work of the contestants, monitored the organizing units through, practiced the lectures, promptly made corrections and adjustments to the pedagogical methods, ways to build lesson plans, diagrams, and presentation lectures; did a good job of propaganda, encouragement, and motivation for the contest. From clearly defining roles and responsibilities, the contestants spent a lot of time, effort, and intelligence to research documents, prepare lectures, and practice with the spirit of determination to achieve the highest results. During the contest, they always showed a spirit of learning, exchanging experiences to improve knowledge, methods, and skills in political education.

Comrade Pham Thi Trang, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Command of Que Vo Ward, shared: "I have actively researched, collected documents, built lecture outlines, proactively practiced and honed pedagogical skills. Especially, I was calm and confident in performing the competition sections. This competition is an opportunity for us to study, exchange and draw experiences to further improve our qualifications and professional capacity, continue to research and flexibly apply them to performing tasks, especially the work of educating the militia and self-defense forces in our locality."

Unlike the preliminary round, candidates also have to participate in directly preparing electronic lesson plans on computers, taking a general awareness test in the form of multiple choice tests on computers... Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Binh, Deputy Head of Politics, PTKV 4-Hap Linh Command ( Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command) said: "This content requires me and the candidates to actively prepare, research documents, build practical lectures and complete the test content well; investing in depth, exploiting and collecting a lot of documents and information, focusing on clarifying the content, issues and closely connecting with reality has increased the effectiveness of the propaganda, creating high persuasiveness".

In his closing speech at the contest, Colonel Tran Viet Nang, Political Commissar of the Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command, affirmed that from the success of this contest, Party committees, commanders, political commissars, political officers and political agencies at all levels will pay more attention to the leadership, direction and implementation of political education work at agencies and units. Continue to effectively implement the contents of the Project "Innovation of political education work at units in the new period".

The contest is a practical measure to improve skills and pedagogical methods for political teaching staff at all levels in the provincial military. We believe that the knowledge and experience learned from the contest will be well applied by the staff in the process of studying, working and educating political skills for officers and soldiers in the unit.
