Lang Son province's working delegation visited, surveyed and worked in China

Implementing the Project "Technical support for the construction of the Tan Thanh (Vietnam) - Po Chai (China) Trade and Tourism Cooperation Zone" sponsored by the Mekong - Lancang Cooperation Special Fund, from August 27 to 31, 2025, the Lang Son Provincial Delegation visited, surveyed and worked in Yunnan and Guangxi provinces, China to conduct field surveys, exchange and learn experiences on trade and tourism development models at some border gates of Yunnan province and Nanning city, Guangxi, China.

The working delegation of Lang Son province includes representatives of leaders and civil servants of a number of departments, branches and sectors: Provincial People's Committee Office, Finance, Foreign Affairs, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone Management Board, Provincial Border Guard Command led by Mr. Vu Quang Khanh, Deputy Head of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone Management Board.

During the visit, the delegation had a working session with a number of specialized agencies of Hong Ha District, Yunnan Province, China to learn and exchange models of trade and tourism development, orientations and policies to stimulate demand and attract domestic and foreign tourists of Yunnan Province, China.

The working delegation surveyed the actual model of the Nanning Garden Expo eco-tourism area in Nanning city, Guangxi; surveyed the Yunnan Ethnic Culture Village in Kunming city, surveyed the Hekou district e-commerce center, the Hekou border gate area and the Jinshuihe border gate of Yunnan province, China.
