To ensure uninterrupted delivery operations, Vietnam Post is implementing 5 groups of synchronous solutions: Standardizing the entire administrative boundary list - updating postal codes, routes, communes, and provinces.

Create a tool to convert old and new addresses - allowing the system to understand people's usual addresses; upgrade and test the entire software system - ensuring all orders go to the right route; train the entire network, especially postmen and transaction officers - helping them guide people and handle situations flexibly.

Communicate openly and transparently at service points - social networks - customer care hotlines, so that people can rest assured that they will still receive accurate service at the old address.

For Hanoi Capital, Hanoi Post Office has proactively built a production plan according to the new administrative boundaries; reviewed and updated the locations of post offices, adjusted the delivery route directory and arranged labor in accordance with the administrative scope after the merger.

At the same time, Hanoi City Post Office communicates to the postal force to update information on new wards and communes to determine the delivery location; when there is a postal item, contact the customer by phone before delivery to accurately determine the delivery information (it is recommended that customers fully update the recipient's phone number); base on the house number, alley, lane, street name written on the postal item to perform delivery...

Regarding newspaper distribution activities, while the editorial offices have not yet completed updating their addresses according to the new administrative boundaries, Hanoi City Post Office will continue to maintain newspaper delivery at the old address to ensure uninterrupted service.

Also in Hanoi, Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation said that, in essence, Viettel Post's production and business activities were not greatly affected.

The system of post offices of Viettel Post Hanoi has been arranged and organized according to the local network, with specific delivery and service routes, so the operation is still stable.

The main adjustment points are in the legal and technological aspects, therefore, Viettel Post Hanoi will re-register the business for post offices according to the new administrative information, and at the same time change the signboards, ensuring compliance with the name of the area after the merger.
