According to the announcement from Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code CII), investors on the list finalized on December 25, 2023 to attend the extraordinary shareholders' meeting will receive a cash gift via bank transfer depending on the number of shares owned. Shareholders need to confirm their attendance or authorize the organization to attend the extraordinary shareholders' meeting on January 31.
