Joining the Young Entrepreneurs Association, I have the opportunity to connect with many members, thereby receiving many orders, especially from businesses in the association. In return, I always prioritize using products and services of members such as deer antler wine of Viet Deer Antler Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, Mai Hung dental services, One Flower fresh flowers, aluminum and glass products of EURO Technology Co., Ltd.…”
Similarly, Ms. Vo Tuyet Mai - Deputy Director of Mai Hung Group Dental Clinic (Thanh Sen Ward) also said: "Our unit has used products and services from businesses of more than 50 members of the Ha Tinh Young Entrepreneurs Association, from furniture, paper, tours , real estate consulting services... For me, the top priority is still the products of the members, if there are none or do not meet the quality standards, then we will use products from outside the association. On the contrary, the dental facility also receives the trust and support of many members in the association as well as their relatives and friends."
According to Mr. Nguyen Tien Trinh - Chairman of Ha Tinh Young Entrepreneurs Association, each enterprise operates in different fields and members all have the need to use products and services to serve their lives as well as meet the needs of their work. The members using each other's products and services not only helps increase revenue but also opens up opportunities to improve and perfect products through direct feedback from the members themselves.
A familiar form of connection in the young business community is to organize business coffee sessions, creating an intimate and close atmosphere to share experiences, solve problems and expand cooperative relationships.
Mr. Le Duc Dinh - Director of Duc Tien LLC (Duc Quang commune) shared: “Each meeting is a valuable opportunity for members. In addition to introducing information and business activities, business coffee sessions are organized by topics such as marketing development, human resource management, digital transformation, finance, tax... with the participation of department and industry leaders, helping me and the members to answer many questions. This is an extremely useful activity to connect young business members together. Through these meetings, many businesses not only find partners to produce and consume products, but also sign contracts, creating close and sustainable connections in the community”.
Besides supporting each other in production and business development, young entrepreneurs in Ha Tinh also regularly connect through social security and humanitarian activities such as organizing gift giving and house giving for the disadvantaged... This is not only an act of kindness but also the "glue" that connects the spirit among members.
The Ha Tinh Young Entrepreneurs Association currently has more than 100 members, operating in many fields such as construction, trade, tourism, industrial production, agriculture, etc. In recent years, the activities of connecting, exchanging and supporting each other among the association's members have become increasingly active and effective. According to Mr. Nguyen Tien Trinh - Chairman of the Ha Tinh Young Entrepreneurs Association: Young entrepreneurs are a team that, although limited in experience and financial resources, is full of enthusiasm, daring to think and act, creative, dynamic and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. And the important thing is the spirit of solidarity, cohesion and mutual support for development.
