Prudential Vietnam's first three quarters of 2025: Strengthening customer confidence from compensation payments to a series of awards and new products

The "talking" numbers, a series of prestigious awards and positive business results in the first 6 months of 2025 have continued to affirm the reputation of Prudential Vietnam, extending the 26-year journey of accompanying and bringing complete peace of mind to every Vietnamese family.

Strong financial capacity and payment commitment to customers

In the first half of 2025, Prudential Vietnam recorded total compensation costs and other insurance benefits of VND7,410 billion, up 8.5% over the same period last year. This figure accounts for more than 25%, equivalent to 1/4 of the total compensation costs and other insurance benefits of the whole industry, reaching more than VND29,000 billion.

The high level of compensation and insurance benefits payment demonstrates Prudential's strong financial capacity and commitment to accompanying customers and the sustainable reputation of the business.

Marked with a series of prestigious domestic and international awards

Along with its business results, Prudential continues to be recognized by many prestigious domestic and international awards. 2025 marks the 7th consecutive year that Prudential has been honored at the Insurance Asia Awards, with the “double” award of “New Insurance Product of the Year” for the PRU-Max Protection Universal Life Insurance product, and “Training & Development Initiative of the Year” for the Business Management Capacity Development program for General Agency Office Directors.

Leading the technology trend to improve customer experience at every touchpoint, Prudential promotes the application of technology (Artificial Intelligence) and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to shorten the time of insurance appraisal and compensation from days to minutes and integrates artificial intelligence technology (Generative AI) into the "Voice Recording" process during the consultation process for 100% of new customers. These advances have brought Prudential a series of awards at the Asian Experience Awards 2025, including 2 categories: " Customer Experience Award of the Year " and " Digital Experience Award of the Year ".

The above awards reflect Prudential's steadfast strategy of continuously innovating and designing advanced financial protection solutions to meet the increasingly diverse needs of Vietnamese people, as well as the persistent efforts of a model enterprise in building comprehensive and methodical operating models.

Previously, Prudential also maintained its 9th consecutive year of being named in the list of 10 prestigious Life Insurance Companies in 2025 by Vietnam Report.

At the same time, Prudential also demonstrates the responsibility of a large enterprise when it is recognized as one of the Top 10 insurance enterprises with the largest tax contributions in Vietnam , in the 200VNtax list published by CafeF.

Product innovation to meet increasingly diverse customer needs

In 2025, Prudential Vietnam will continuously launch new products with the goal of providing customers with a variety of financial protection solutions, suitable for each need. For example, last April, the PRU-Maximum Protection Joint Insurance product was launched to meet the need for optimal protection at the most suitable insurance premium for financial capacity.

Following that in September, Prudential continued to introduce the PRU-Stable Investment Unit Linked Insurance product, providing Vietnamese families with optimal financial solutions, helping customers have the opportunity to increase their assets responsibly, and protect their finances against life risks.

This is also the first time in the life insurance sector in Vietnam that a unit-linked insurance product has the feature of supporting customers to exercise the privilege of transferring the prosperity value of the contract to the next generation. Combined with three core values: Responsible and reliable investment - Opportunity to increase effective asset accumulation - Complete protection, the PRU-Stable Investment product is expected to bring optimal protection benefits and long-term investment solutions, helping customers feel secure in the present and prepare firmly for the future.
