Seminar: Joining hands to protect sovereignty and maintain border security in Lam Dong

On the morning of September 27, the Lam Dong Provincial Border Guard Command organized a discussion program with the theme "Joining hands to protect territorial sovereignty and maintain security and order in border areas".

Attending the seminar were Colonel Nguyen Thanh Dinh, Commander of Lam Dong Provincial Border Guard; Colonel Do Vinh Thang, Political Commissar of Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard; representatives of the Department of Justice, Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union, and commanders of units, officers and soldiers of the provincial border guard.

Delegates and officers and soldiers of the provincial border guards performed a propaganda skit at the talk show.

The program was organized in the form of dramatization combined with live discussion, reportage and sketch. Thereby, it clearly reflected the role, function and task of the provincial border guard force in the work of propaganda, dissemination and legal education for officers, soldiers and people in the border area in recent times.

Implementing Plan No. 1137 of the Border Guard Command on implementing Project 1371 of the Prime Minister, the Party Committee and the Border Guard Command of Lam Dong province have developed a specific plan, clearly defining the content and annual implementation roadmap.

At the same time, the unit strictly implements the directive documents of superiors and includes the content of evaluating the implementation results of the Project in regular leadership resolutions.

In addition, the Provincial Border Guard Command also regularly organizes training and capacity building for grassroots reporters and propagandists on the Vietnam Border Law and related documents.

The dissemination of legal education work is carried out by the Provincial Border Guard Command closely following the practical situation, selecting appropriate content for each subject and integrating it into the political education program.

Propaganda can be carried out in various forms, such as directly through local working groups and teams; on mass media, internal broadcasting systems; or through vivid visual forms such as legal bookcases, slogans, billboards, etc.

Thereby, contributing to raising the awareness of law compliance of cadres, soldiers and people, associated with emulation movements, campaigns, especially studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Presenting 10 gifts to children adopted by the Provincial Border Guard in the Border Guard Station Adoption Program

At the seminar, delegates assessed the current situation, shared experiences, and resolved difficulties and obstacles in the dissemination of legal education at the grassroots level.

At the same time, propose solutions to promote the role of agencies, units and youth of the provincial border guards in coordinating with local Party committees and authorities to effectively implement Project 1371, replicate good models and creative ways of doing things in the provincial armed forces and the entire army.

Colonel Nguyen Thanh Dinh, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command, presented gifts to individuals who have made many contributions to the dissemination of legal education of the provincial border guard force.

On this occasion, the Provincial Border Guard Command presented 10 gifts to students in the "Adopted Children of Border Guard Station" program and presented gifts to individuals with outstanding contributions to the force's work of disseminating and educating the law.
