Provincial Party Secretary visits and meets with Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam

At the invitation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam, on June 26, the provincial delegation led by Mr. Vu Dai Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, visited and met with Mr. ITO Naoki, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam. Also attending were Mr. Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments and branches of the province.

Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation visited and met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam.

In a friendly and intimate atmosphere, Comrade Vu Dai Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, and Mr. ITO Naoki, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam, reviewed the good and comprehensive results between the Embassy of Japan, as well as a number of Japanese organizations and localities with Quang Ninh province in recent years. Thereby, contributing significantly to promoting the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and Japan.

The provincial leaders and the Ambassador reviewed the good results between the Japanese Embassy as well as some Japanese organizations with Quang Ninh province.

Ambassador ITO Naoki thanked and appreciated the contributions of Comrade Vu Dai Thang and the leaders of Quang Ninh province in promoting the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Japan, as well as between localities and organizations of the two countries. At the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, Comrade Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee will continue to contribute more to strengthening the cooperative relationship between the two sides.

The Ambassador also expressed his joy that Vietnam is strongly promoting institutional reform. At the same time, he believes that with the new government organization model, Vietnam in general and Quang Ninh province in particular will achieve truly breakthrough developments. This is also a very important premise for the two sides to promote comprehensive cooperation.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Vietnam presented a souvenir to the Provincial Party Secretary.

Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, emphasized that this is a particularly important historical moment for Vietnam when the two-level local government model will officially come into operation from July 1. With the new organizational model, the Party and State of Vietnam are determined to build a government that serves and creates development, creating a foundation for the country to enter a new era of development.
