Comrade Thai Dai Ngoc was appointed to hold the position of Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary.

At the working session on the morning of October 3 of the 1st Congress of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, the Politburo announced the Decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretaries of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the new term. Accordingly, comrade Thai Dai Ngoc was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee.

At the Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress, Comrade Bui Thi Quynh Van, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, announced the Politburo 's Decision on appointing the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, 60 comrades were appointed to participate in the Provincial Party Executive Committee and 18 comrades to participate in the Standing Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

In addition, the Politburo agreed to allow comrade Ho Quoc Dung to cease participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and to cease holding the position of Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary for the 2025-2030 term and related positions so that the Central Committee can carry out the process of introducing and electing him to hold the position of Deputy Prime Minister for the 2021-2026 term.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, on behalf of the Politburo, presented the Decision and flowers to the new Executive Committee.

Also attending was comrade Ho Quoc Dung, member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.

On this occasion, the working delegation of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, led by Senior Lieutenant General Pham Hoai Nam, member of the Central Military Commission and Deputy Minister of National Defense, presented flowers to congratulate the provincial leaders, demonstrating the concern and attachment between the armed forces and the Party Committee and people of Gia Lai province.

In his acceptance speech, comrade Thai Dai Ngoc expressed his deep gratitude for the trust of the Central Committee and the Congress, and pledged to work with the Executive Committee to make every effort, promote intelligence, responsibility and solidarity to successfully implement the Congress Resolution, bringing Gia Lai to rapid and sustainable development in the new period.
