Comrade Vu Dai Thang re-elected as Secretary of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, 2025-2030

At the Congress, after being disseminated and thoroughly grasped, the delegates voted to approve the criteria, structure, and number of personnel for the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, 2025-2030. 100% of the delegates agreed on the list of 62 members of the Provincial Party Committee, term XVI; agreed on the list of 11 members of the Congress Election Ballot Counting Committee. On that basis, the Congress voted to elect the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, according to regulations.

The Congress voted to elect the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 16th term, 2025-2030. As a result, 55 comrades were elected to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 16th term, 2025-2030 term with a high percentage of votes.

Delegates voted to elect the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, 2025-2030.

At the first meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XVI, 2025-2030, the Provincial Party Secretary, Deputy Provincial Party Secretaries, Provincial Party Inspection Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee were elected.

Accordingly, 15 comrades were elected to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2025-2030 term, with a high number of votes of confidence. Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, XV term, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, continued to be elected as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, XVI term, 2025-2030 term with 55/55 votes, reaching 100%.

Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, XV term, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Bui Van Khang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, XV term, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Comrade Vu Quyet Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, XV term were re-elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, XVI term, 2025-2030 term, with 55/55 votes, reaching 100%.

Delegates voted to elect members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, 2025-2030.

The Executive Committee also elected 11 comrades to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee with a high number of votes of confidence. Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh province, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the 16th term, 2025-2030.

On behalf of the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, 2025-2030, Comrade Vu Dai Thang, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that he will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, fine traditions and valuable experiences of the Party Committee, uphold the Party's principles, continue to innovate thinking, methods and working style, put the interests of the Party, the collective and the people above all;

Building a truly clean and strong Party and political system, focusing on synchronous, drastic and effective implementation of three breakthroughs, promoting the development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation to develop the private economy, technology infrastructure to promote the development of digital tourism economy, marine economy, green and sustainable transformation;

Developing Van Don special economic zone into a new generation economic zone and building a smart Mong Cai border gate economic zone, continuing to bring Quang Ninh to rapid and sustainable development in the new era.

The Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term XVI, 2025-2030, was introduced.

The results of the first meeting of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XVI, 2025-2030, demonstrated the solidarity, unanimity, and firm belief of the Party Committee and people in the province in the new leadership. This is an important driving force for Quang Ninh to continue to make breakthroughs, realizing the goal of building Quang Ninh into a rich, civilized, modern, and happy city before 2030, becoming a large urban area of regional and international stature by 2045, one of the country's important economic locomotives, confident, steadfast, and moving forward in the new era of development.

Also on the afternoon of September 26, the Congress elected the Delegation to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.
