VNPT Phu Tho promotes business support in digital transformation.
In recent years, the digital economy in Phu Tho has recorded many outstanding marks, contributing positively to GRDP growth and creating new momentum for local economic development. The whole province currently has nearly 600 enterprises operating in high-tech fields such as: Electronic components manufacturing, software, digital content and technology solutions. Many enterprises have reached international level, deeply participating in the global supply chain of technology "giants" such as: Apple, Samsung, Google. This success not only raises Phu Tho's position on the map of Vietnam's electronics industry, but also brings the province closer to the goal of becoming a modern technology manufacturing center of Southeast Asia. Thanks to that, the total export value of digital industrial products of the province is estimated at 6.7 billion USD/year, accounting for 16% of GRDP, showing that digital transformation is gradually becoming an important pillar in the local economic development strategy.
Along with digital transformation in enterprises, Phu Tho province is promoting administrative reform associated with the application of information technology, aiming to build a model of digital government - digital economy - digital society. The VPTEX online technology and equipment trading floor operates effectively, attracting more than 2,272 participating enterprises, with more than 10,900 product and technology searches, becoming a connection point for knowledge and digital innovation in the province.
In just 9 months of 2025, Phu Tho has implemented a series of programs to support digital transformation and innovation such as granting a Certificate of Technology Transfer to 1 enterprise; supporting 10 enterprises with a total budget of 4.05 billion VND; consulting on productivity and quality improvement for 5 units; supporting startups for 3 enterprises and 1 cooperative; organizing 2 major scientific seminars on dual transformation (green & digital) and startups from scientific research.
Thanks to that, the export turnover in the first 9 months of 2025 is estimated to reach 26.8 billion USD, of which high-tech products account for 82%, equivalent to 22 billion USD. This is an impressive figure, affirming the role of digital transformation in creating new competitive advantages for the provincial economy.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy - Director of Tam Dao Mushroom Cooperative shared: Digital transformation not only helps us sell products more effectively, but also connects the farming community, spreading the value of clean agricultural products to many new lands. Currently, the Cooperative has expanded its raw material areas in Lao Cai and Tuyen Quang.
