Effectively exploit advantages and potentials

The province has a natural area of ​​over ^6,200km2 and a population of over 3.38 million people. Of which, nearly 60% are of working age, which is a huge advantage when many localities in the region are under pressure of population aging.

From a policy perspective, Dr. Ha Huy Ngoc believes that the most important factors for the province include: exploiting the advantages of its unique location; connecting with domestic and foreign markets; training and attracting high-quality labor; completing modern infrastructure; building a friendly business environment, effective and efficient government; and becoming a livable and attractive city. The province's branding strategy will focus on these issues.

Proposing specific mechanisms and policies

Dr. Ha Huy Ngoc said: “Vinh Long really needs to research and propose specific and outstanding policy solutions to exploit potentials and strengths and convert disadvantages into advantages and resources for rapid and sustainable growth.
