Dong Nai: Arrested 2 subjects who beat someone to death because of "being stared at"

On October 24, Trang Bom District Police arrested two suspects TQN (18 years old) and HTH (14 years old), both residing in Hamlet 3, Song Trau Commune, to investigate and clarify the act of "murder".

According to the investigation, at around 11:00 p.m. on October 23, after drinking, N. and H. stood in front of the house on Hac Nghet Street, Group 5, Hamlet 3, Song Trau Commune.

At this time, TTK (18 years old, living in Bau Ham commune, Trang Bom district) and two other young men on two motorbikes passed by and looked at H. and N. and smiled. Thinking that the three young men were smiling at them, H. and N. got on their motorbikes and chased after them to stop and beat them.

When being chased and beaten, the two young men accompanying Mr. K. managed to run away, while he was unable to escape in time and was beaten by N. and H. with his hands. N. took out a switchblade from his pocket and stabbed Mr. K. repeatedly in the chest, neck, head, back and arms, causing Mr. K. to collapse on the sidewalk and die shortly thereafter.

After committing the crime, N. and H. quickly left the scene on a motorbike and drove home to hide the weapon.

After receiving the report, Trang Bom District Police coordinated with functional units to examine the scene and investigate the perpetrator.

By professional measures, at 3 a.m. on October 24, detectives arrested N. and H. while they were hiding at home, and also seized the knife used as the murder weapon.

Trang Bom District Police have handed over the two suspects and the evidence to the Criminal Police Department of Dong Nai Province Police for further investigation and handling according to the law.
