Dong Nai is one of the largest industrial centers in the country with more than 30 industrial parks, gathering hundreds of thousands of workers and laborers. Therefore, the need for stable and reasonably priced housing in this locality is increasingly urgent. The groundbreaking of two social housing projects in Phuoc An commune therefore has practical significance, meeting the housing aspirations of workers and laborers.
The first project is a social housing complex on an area of 3.71 hectares, with 1,490 apartments, providing accommodation for nearly 6,000 people with social facilities such as kindergartens, playgrounds, trees, parking lots and synchronous technical infrastructure. The total investment capital for this project is more than 1,200 billion VND, expected to be implemented within 30 months.
The second project is a social housing complex on an area of 2.1 hectares with a scale of about 1,800 apartments, with a total investment of more than 1,040 billion VND. This project provides accommodation for about 2,800 people with the main works including apartment blocks from 9 to 12 floors high with synchronous social infrastructure such as community living area, parking lot, landscape trees and complete technical infrastructure and was also completed after about 30 months of implementation.
Both projects are oriented to become model social housing areas in Dong Nai with three key criteria: reasonable price, guaranteed quality, and synchronous infrastructure.
