Dong Nai started construction of a social housing project worth more than 700 billion VND in Phuoc Tan ward.

(DN) - On the morning of September 27, in Phuoc Tan ward, Dong Nai province, Him Lam Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the CHC1 and CHC2 Social Housing Project. This is one of eight works and projects that Dong Nai province has started and broken ground to welcome the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Attending the ceremony were Provincial Party Committee member, Director of Dong Nai Province Department of Finance Truong Thi Huong Binh and local leaders.

The project is invested by Him Lam Joint Stock Company, built on an area of ​​over 1.6 hectares, including two 12-storey apartment buildings with a total investment of about 722 billion VND. After completion, the project will provide accommodation for more than 1,900 people eligible for social housing support.
