Breaking into a coffee shop, the thief calmly sat counting money.

(Dan Tri) - In the middle of the night, a thief broke into a coffee shop in Bac Lieu , calmly sat there counting each bill, then pocketed it and escaped.

On December 28, the owner of RIO2 coffee shop (Ward 1, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province) said that a theft had just occurred at the shop.

According to security cameras, at around 1am the same day, a person around 14-15 years old wearing a black shirt and shorts appeared inside the shop, approached the bar counter and opened the shop's cash drawer.

This guy calmly sat on a chair and pulled out and counted bills of different denominations, then put the money in his pocket and escaped.

The shop owner thought that he could take advantage of the late night when the street was deserted and the security guard was fast asleep to break into the shop. The amount of money the thief took was about 15 million VND.

After the restaurant owner reported, local police are investigating the incident.
