The Center forecasts that in the next 6 hours, there is a risk of flash floods, landslides, and land subsidence on steep slopes and small streams in: Lam Dong: Da Teh; Cat Tien, Cat Tien 2, Cat Tien 3, Da Teh 3, Dong Gia Nghia Ward, Nam Gia Nghia Ward, Quang Khe, Quang Tin, Ta Dung.

In addition, on the night of October 17 and 18, the sea area from Quang Tri to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to An Giang, the Gulf of Thailand, the western sea area of ​​the North East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone), the Central and South East Sea area (including Truong Sa special zone) will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During the thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, strong gusts of wind of level 6-7 and waves over 2.0m high.

Warning: On the night of October 18, the sea area east of the North East Sea has strong northeast wind level 6, gusting to level 7-8, waves 2.5-3.5m high, rough sea.

On October 19, the North East Sea area has strong northeast wind level 6, gusting to level 7-8, rough seas; in the East, the northeast wind gradually increases to level 6-7, near the storm center it is strong level 8, gusting to level 10, waves 2.5-4.5m high, rough seas.
