The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) has just announced a list of stocks that are not eligible for margin trading in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Notably, HAG shares of Hoang Anh Gia Lai JSC have been re-granted margin trading rights after being released from the warning status from August 26, 2025 thanks to the completion of handling accumulated losses.
For many years, HAG shares have been on the warning list due to the Company's long-term accumulated losses. However, thanks to the improvement in business results, the company has gradually overcome this situation.
By the end of the second quarter of 2025, the Company had eliminated all accumulated losses and recorded an accumulated profit of VND 409 billion, marking an important financial change.

In addition to improving business results, Hoang Anh Gia Lai also completed a remarkable debt swap deal by converting more than VND2,500 billion of debt into 210 million newly issued shares, at a price of VND12,000 per share.
This move aims to reduce the burden of interest expenses and strengthen financial capacity, creating a solid foundation for future business activities.
Regarding production and business activities, banana and durian exports continue to play a key role, bringing stable cash flow to Hoang Anh Gia Lai.
In 2025, the Company aims to achieve a profit of about 1,500 billion VND. In the first half of the year, the enterprise completed 58% of the annual profit plan.
As of June 30, HAGL's total debt continued to decrease to VND6,965 billion. With the successful stock swap, the Group further reduced its bank debt by more than VND2,000 billion, bringing the outstanding bank debt to about VND5,000 billion (a decrease of VND23,000 billion after 10 years, since 2016).
Continuous positive news is a joy for tens of thousands of HAGL shareholders, especially the return of margin. According to the 2024 annual report, the number of HAGL shareholders as of November 2024 is more than 33,000 shareholders, a significant decrease compared to the previous announcement.
In the market, HAG shares are on the rise, with liquidity reaching millions and tens of millions of units per session.
