On October 26, the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City ( Dak Lak ) announced that it had issued a notice signed by Chairman of the People's Committee Vu Van Hung on putting the East-West road project of Buon Ma Thuot City into operation from October 30, 2023.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City assigned the City Police to develop a plan and organize forces to regularly patrol, control, and guide people to participate in traffic and comply with lane division instructions and traffic signs; promptly detect and strictly handle cases of intentional violations of traffic and security and order along the entire route.

It is recommended that the People's Committees of wards and communes widely inform the local media so that people know about the handover time of the East-West road project; at the same time, strengthen the propaganda of the Road Traffic Law to raise people's awareness when participating in traffic.
