Hanoi streets are 'empty' of vehicles seen from above

During the April 30 and May 1 holidays, Hanoi streets were really deserted as many people had returned to their hometowns and gone on vacation . Looking from above, everywhere you could see a strange "emptiness".

Le Van Luong Street looking towards the Hoang Minh Giam - Nguyen Tuan intersection. This street is known by many people to have a high population density and frequent traffic jams. The street is 2km long but has 40 apartment buildings on both sides.

During rush hour, Lang Road is jammed with vehicles waiting at traffic lights for several kilometers, from both the So Crossroads and Buoi Street to the intersections with Tran Duy Hung and Le Van Luong.

Vehicles on Buoi Street are free to go at the allowed speed.

Nguyen Trai Street, the "haunted street" of Thanh Xuan and Ha Dong districts. When it rains, there is no more space on both sides because of a series of cars blocking the way for motorbikes.

Tran Duy Hung Street was known to be more congested the more the median strip was cut and widened, but now it is very clear.

Vo Chi Cong Street with beautiful rows of trees. Starting from Hoang Quoc Viet, going north, you will meet Xuan La, Nguyen Hoang Ton, Au Co, and An Duong Vuong streets.
