Implementing Plan No. 598/KH-SVHTT dated October 2, 2025 of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports , the Hanoi Cultural Center and Library organized activities to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2025. Speaking at the opening of the program, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Cultural Center and Library Tran Thanh Tu said that the Mid-Autumn Festival has long been an indispensable part of the spiritual life of Vietnamese people. Not only is it the joy of children with moon-watching trays, star lanterns, and bustling lion drums, the Mid-Autumn Festival is also an opportunity for each of us to relive our childhood memories, to become more attached, to love and together to cultivate the good values of family and community.

According to Ms. Tran Thanh Tu, for the capital Hanoi, the work of caring for, protecting and educating children has always received special attention from the Party Committee, the government and the people. Cultural, sports and artistic programs, including the Mid-Autumn Festival, are not simply recreational activities, but also convey the city's trust and message of responsibility and love for the young generation - the future owners of the capital and the country.
Therefore, every year, the Hanoi Cultural Center and Library organizes many practical activities, creating conditions for all children, regardless of circumstances, to participate and enjoy the joy of Mid-Autumn Festival, to be shared, cared for and protected.

“In the joy of children across the country entering the new school year and looking forward to the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day, this year's Mid-Autumn Festival art program with the theme "Fairy Moon" is a testament to the city's deep concern for the young generation. Not only bringing meaningful spiritual gifts, the program also clearly demonstrates the companionship with families and society in caring for and comprehensively nurturing children", Ms. Tran Thanh Tu shared.

In the program “Fairy Moon”, children enjoyed a special art program with dance, singing, magic, and animation performances… Participating in the program with her family, Ms. Nguyen Hong Hanh (Ha Dong ward) shared that the program “Fairy Moon” brought a bustling and meaningful atmosphere, not only a playground for children to have fun but also helped them understand more about the value and meaning of the Mid-Autumn Festival - the Reunion Festival of the nation.
