Meet the Artist who won the Mai Vang Award - Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper

The 2021 Golden Apricot Awards presented the Lifetime Artist Award for the Community for the first time.

The Mai Vang Award is an annual Cultural and Artistic Award organized by the Lao Dong Newspaper, voted by the public to honor artists with excellent works and outstanding activities during the year. Up to now, the award has been around for nearly 30 years.

With the aim of heading towards the 29th Golden Apricot Award Ceremony, the Golden Apricot Award Organizing Committee organized by the Lao Dong Newspaper had an intimate meeting between famous artists, young artists who have won the Golden Apricot Award, and media agencies to create a forum for artists to share their thoughts and feelings over many years of being associated with this art award.

Artists visit Ho Chi Minh cultural space located at the headquarters of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper on the morning of November 22.

The meeting was chaired by the Editor-in-Chief of the Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper, Mr. To Dinh Tuan, along with many other guests. Among them were artists including People's Artist Kim Cuong; People's Artist Le Thuy, People's Artist Minh Vuong, People's Artist Ta Minh Tam, singer Phuong Anh and Meritorious Artist Vo Minh Lam.

Cultural and artistic activities in Ho Chi Minh City and many provinces and cities have had many positive signs in 2023. Artists in the theater field have, through their own efforts and those of their working units, tried to carry out many performances and achieved many new achievements.

Currently, the voting round for nominations of the categories is getting hotter and hotter through the number of electronic ballots sent by the public.
