20 years of passion for football
"The feeling is really hard to describe! Winning the championship was beyond my expectations, especially with a score of 3-0. Before the match, I believed the team would go far, but this victory was really beyond my imagination" - Mr. Tuan Em shared, his voice still trembling with joy.
Coach Nguyen Tuan Em said he has been playing amateur football for about 20 years. Before leading the Sacombank team, he was a defender and twice won the Binh Duong Provincial Sports Festival.
With extensive experience and being the oldest member of the team, Mr. Tuan Em was not only elected as the coach but also considered the "big brother", a strong spiritual support for the whole team. He shared that the secret to success lies in three factors: confidence, solidarity, and determination to win. It was this spirit that helped Sacombank defeat strong opponent Sawaco in the final.
He said the opportunity that brought him and his teammates together under the Sacombank shirt also came from the grassroots playground. People who shared the same passion for football met and were given the opportunity by the bank's leadership, who also loved sports , to work together and build a strong team.
"The management is very passionate about sports so they brought us together to work and participate in sports activities together," he said.

Coach Nguyen Tuan Em's main job at Sacombank is a driver for the transaction office in Di An, a job he has been doing for the past 10 years.
Every day, after hours behind the wheel, he is diligently on the field with his teammates. To maintain the team, the whole team often practices and plays in the evenings.
Balancing professional work and passion for football is no small challenge. However, according to Mr. Tuan Em, the attention and support of the leadership is the biggest motivation. With the regional championship, coach Nguyen Tuan Em and his students will advance to the national finals as the reigning Southern champions. "The whole team will try 200% of their strength in the finals," he affirmed.
